Shapel Lacey is a Los Angeles-based stand-up comedian, born and raised in Mesa, Arizona. A diehard punk music fan and former award-winning competitive cheerleader, he has always had passion for self-expression. After making his teammates laugh during practice, his collegiate cheer team dared him to try stand-up and he never looked back. Shapel turns personal chaos into comedy. His material is sharp, honest, and unexpectedly heartwarming, balancing vulnerability with undeniable charm. Currently, he is a paid regular at the world-famous Comedy Store and performs alongside comedians such as Matt Rife, Bill Burr, Bert Kreischer, Trevor Wallace, Bobby Lee, and more.
